Kiwi!

Not only is this fruit loaded with nutrients–in fact, researchers say it is the most nutritionally dense fruit there is!–it may help keep the skin on your legs smooth and young looking.

According to the latest issue of Health: “Thank to its hefty vitamin C content, this little fruit keep veins strong and helps prevent capillary breakage (a.k.a., pesky spider veins). Translation: prettier legs.”

I eat one kiwi a day–not necessarily for gorgeous legs–but because I love their tangy-tart-sweet flavor!
